We enable you to exchange items you have purchased, within 14 days of date of purchase. If you do not find items you'd like to exchange online, then you may also opt for store credit. The store credit will be valid for 6 months from date of issue. There are no refunds on any purchases.

All bespoke orders are final. Bespoke orders can not be returned, refunded or exchanged. As these are custom items that were made specifically for the customer, and incredibly time-consuming to create one unique piece, we cannot absorb these items back into our regular inventory.
